The 3400 Overton Project team celebrated the topping out of the new seven-story, Class-A office building and parking structure on Friday, October 21.
Since breaking ground in the fall of 2015, the project has had over three miles of pilings put in place, 596 tons of rebar, over 500 pieces of precast concrete, 19,848 cubic yards of crushed rock (enough to fill six Olympic-sized swimming pools) and no lost time incidents.
Being that the Cumberland area in Atlanta is thriving with new businesses, the new state-of-the-art facility is planned to house high-end companies. The building is being designed to boost brand visibility and to enhance the working experience for its tenants.
The TPA Group engaged Heery Design to provide architecture and interior design services for the new building.
