Congratulations to Missy Wicker, our newest Evidence-Based Design Accredited and Certified (EDAC) professional. Missy is an experienced healthcare architectural designer working out of the Philadelphia office of CBRE | Heery. She is currently working on the Doylestown Hospital’s Heart and Vascular Center project which uses evidence-based design principles to ensure the built environment incorporates design elements and decisions that facilitate the best possible patient outcomes.
The EDAC credential is conferred by The Center for Health Design, a non-profit organization focused on advancing best practices and empowering healthcare leaders with quality research that demonstrates the value of design to improve health outcomes, patient experience of care, and provider/staff satisfaction and performance.
