Voters in Port Neches-Groves, Texas Pass School Bond Referendum

Voters in Port Neches-Groves approved a $130 million bond referendum on Tuesday that will include building 4 new campuses. The new campuses will re-use existing land sites and address security, occupant health, safety, overcrowding, and maintenance issues with the existing school facilities in the district which have an average age of 64 years. Two new campuses will serve for students in grades 3 through 5, and an additional two new campuses will serve students in pre-kindergarten through second grade.

CBRE | Heery is serving as the program manager and will leverage the firm's expertise in K-12 schools to ensure the district achieves its vision and goals for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of the school projects.
