General Services Administration Building Engineering Reports

On-site investigations in completion of building evaluation reports was performed for the General Services Administration Building. The purpose of the investigations was to identify areas where efficiency improvements were feasible, and to identify the remaining life of equipment and systems. Based on the observations, Heery evaluated feasibility and suggested improvements for energy savings and optimal building performance.

Heery has performed evaluations on over 21 million SF with close to $3 million in fees, with this level of experience, the team has encounter a variety of circumstances and challenges.

Heery developed Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) with projected cost and energy savings, Return on Investment (ROI) calculations and optimal performance recommendations for implementation.
