University of Texas DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium

CBRE | Heery provided interior design and engineering to enhance player amenities, help with recruitment and retention, expand fan amenities and add high-end suites and club seats to help generate revenue. The major components of the expansion and renovation included:

  • The addition of new suites that were retrofitted beneath the overhang of the upper grandstand.
  • Expansion of the east grandstand to include 52 luxury suites and a club lounge and grill with full-service kitchen.
  • Expansion and renovation of the Moncrief-Neuhaus Field House was a two-phase project involving UT’s existing team facilities building in the south end zone.
  • The expansion of the north end zone included 47 suites, a 2,500-person club, and a year-round food court.

“They listen, that’s why we keep bringing them back…They listen to what we have to say and then they make it work…they hear our needs, hear what our coaches need, listen to what the staff has to say and then they create what we say into a facility that works...I throw more curveballs than anyone and they handle it great...”
