CBRE | Heery / HJ Russell awarded CMAA South Atlantic 2018 Project Achievement Award for Atlanta-Fulton County Library Improvement Program

The Construction Management Association of America South Atlantic Chapter (CMAA-SAC) awarded CBRE | Heery / HJ Russell the 2018 Project Achievement Award for the Atlanta-Fulton County Library System Capital Improvement Program Phase I in the Public Buildings-New Construction category. The team was recognized for outstanding achievement in the practice of construction management at the 2018 CMAA-SAC Project Achievement Awards Banquet held on June 12 at Atlanta’s Summerour Studio.

CBRE | Heery, in a joint venture with HJ Russell, provided Program Management services for Phase I of Atlanta-Fulton County’s $275 million Library Capital Improvement Program, consisting of eight new libraries and the renovation and major additions for the Auburn Avenue Research Library (AARL) and the South Fulton Branch Library.

From start to finish, the Heery/Russell team provided expert guidance and an outstanding management effort to deliver Fulton County with more efficient libraries that met the operational needs of the staff and provided better service and experiences for patrons of the libraries.
