Korea Med 50

The Korea Med 50 project consists of a 39,000 SF troop medical center and 19,000 SF of veterinary clinic buildings for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Defense (DOD) Health and Republic of Korea (ROK) Government. Turner & Townsend Heery commissioning staff worked for a Kunwon-CH2M Hill PMC joint venture. The project is located at Garrison (USAG) Humphreys located in Pyeongtaek, Chungcheongnam-Do, approximately 50 miles to the South of central Seoul.

Commissioning services were provided to satisfy the requirements of the USGBC LEED Fundamental Commissioning prerequisite and Enhanced Commissioning credit, and meet US Department of Defense standards and requirements.
